Remote Installations

Lead time (all items)

The next three available dates for installations are offered 5 working days from submission and validation of pre-installation checklist.

Nota: If the deliverables cannot be fulfilled in a single remote session then additional remote sessions will be undertaken until work is completed.

Item Description: Installazione client di base Go Integrator - fino a due client

Deliverables

  • Review of pre-installation checklist and confirmation that pre-requisites are met.
  • Installa il software client sul primo dispositivo desktop e assicurati che si connetta al sistema telefonico e controlli il ricevitore come previsto.
  • Undertake same exercise on a second desktop device with on-site resource observing.
  • Assist on-site resource with configuration of third desktop device.
  • Provide telephone support for the remainder of the day and the following day should the on-site resource require it.

  • Undertake same exercise on a second desktop device with on-site resource watching observing. Provide telephone support for the remainder of the day and the following day should the on-site resource require it.

  • Esclude la configurazione delle impostazioni TAPI all'interno dell'applicazione TAPI abilitata del cliente. Si consiglia al cliente di mettersi in contatto con il fornitore dell'applicazione e di garantire che tali impostazioni vengano eseguite prima dell'installazione di Go TAPI.
