Connection Method / Protocols

There are a several different protocols available to connect to the Broadsoft Broadworks hosted telephony platform. The various Go Integrator clients support these protocols according to the table below:

TLS options are also available for OCI-P and XSI-CTI.

Go Integrator uses the following TCP Ports by default.

Credentials required

The credentials detailed below are required to successfully complete installation of the various Go Integrator client types. Your service provider can provide these details.

Please Note: If you are using HTTP/S and cannot connect try putting HTTP:// or HTTPS:// in front of the server name.
