Integrations

The Integrations option allows you to connect your telephone to one of the supported Business Applications enabling features such as Caller preview, Contact popping and Address book searching.

To create a new integration in Go Integrator CE, click on the chain link icon on the left hand side menu bar.

And select an application to integrate with from the dropdown list.

Then click "Set" and complete the field presented. The Help button will provide a unique guide for each Add-in.
