Installation

Go Wallboard is a software application providing visual representation of call information presented from the Broadworks Call Center product (Standard and Premium editions).

The Go Wallboard software is supplied as an Internet download. It is a self-contained installer that contains the files needed to install a copy of Go Wallboard. When you first run Go Wallboard, it takes you through an installation and configuration phase where you need to tell it your Broadworks XSP server's address and your login credentials (see'Wizard').

Opening Application

To open the Application search for "Go Wallboard" in the application menu and then run as normal.
