Recent Calls

The Recent Calls list displays a summarised list of recent calls, reduced to show only one entry per contact, regardless of how many calls were made to or received from the contact.

Click the displayed number to dial, or hover over the contact and use the slide out toolbar to open the contact within the integrated CRM or to add the number to a directory or integrated CRM contact list.
